Trick or treat

Not a very good picture, but it gives you the idea. Lou down the street organized these luminarias down our street. They started at our house & Richards (just across the way) and went down about half the street on both sides. We also had them leading a path from the street to everybody's door. Well, at least for those of us who were home, which seemed like everybody this year. A record number of trick or treaters this year, I think. Maybe 15 kids? We were surprised. Maybe it was the luminarias! Regardless, they looked really neat, all lit up. You'll have to settle for this blurry photo to give you the general idea.

The *real* Fall weather is finally hear. Hot off shores. It's been really warm in the morning and up until mid afternoon, we've been having temps in the high 70's here at the beach. It switches & cools down a bit until 9:00 PM or so, then the offshores kick back up and it warms up before we got to bed. We'll enjoy it while we can :)
